characteristics and attributes:
- Structurally sound, good floors and weathertight walls.
- High quality roof. Any leaks are repaired immediately.
- Safe and secure. Bright, vandal-proof exterior lighting. Steel dock
doors. Fencing where appropriate.
- Full-size shrubbery. Large trees, pruned annually. Lawn maintained
weekly. Lawn irrigation systems at each property, checked monthly.
- Personal attention. Tenants and partners speak directly to the local
property owner and manager. No out-of-town, third-party management.
- Timely reporting to investors.
