About Allen Cullum

Allen Cullum is President of Cullum Interests, Inc. From 1979 until 1990, Allen Cullum was President of Trammell Crow Design and Construction Company. During his first seven years in that position, he reported directly to and worked closely with Trammell Crow.

Trammell Crow Design and Construction Company designed, constructed, and furnished all of the hotel, mart, and specialty buildings in which Trammell Crow was involved. They took a project from concept through design development, hired and managed the architect and all engineers, oversaw the entire construction process, designed and specified the interiors, then purchased and installed the interior furnishings in the project.

As President, Allen Cullum oversaw divisions of architectural design, interior design, construction, management, purchasing, and installation. As well, he supervised the activities of several project coordinators, each of whom had overall budget, schedule, and management responsibility for the active projects to which he was assigned.

During his tenure with Trammell Crow, Allen Cullum led and managed development activities on over $732,000,000 of projects (in 1982-1990 dollars) that have been built.
